DOG REQUIREMENTS ✦ Up to 2 fully potty-trained dogs, max 60 lbs each ✦ Current shots and flea/tick treatment required ✦ Dogs must be added to your reservation before booking

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Dogs sleep in provided beds and crates only—not on beds. Pet hair embeds deeply into fabric and requires professional cleaning. By keeping linens pet-free we maintain quality for everyone and keep hosting dogs long-term without raising prices. Bringing your own sheets? Dogs are welcome to snuggle with you on the beds.

DAILY CARE & CLEANUP ✦ Crate dogs when left alone (keeps them safe, protects the home) ✦ Pick up dog waste in the backyard daily ✦ $100 surcharge if waste is left behind ✦ Pet hair on linens: $150 surcharge (requires professional cleaning)

UNDISCLOSED PETS & SERVICE DOGS ✦ Undisclosed pets: $200 per pet, per night ✦ Service dogs: No pet fee, exempt from sleeping rules (handler discretion). Must remain with handler, never left alone. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal may result in financial restitution, reporting to authorities, and eviction without refund.

STAY RULES

BEFORE YOUR STAY ✦ Property agreement: A brief agreement summarizing these rules must be signed within 48 hours of booking (required by insurance). You'll receive a copy before finalizing your reservation. ✦ ID verification: Secure government ID may be required.

DURING YOUR STAY ✦ Visitors: Welcome only with prior written host authorization. ✦ Supervision: Property is not child or pet-proofed. Adult supervision required at all times. Safety is your responsibility. ✦ Reporting issues: Tell us immediately if something breaks or malfunctions. Issues reported after checkout may not be eligible for resolution. ✦ Smoking: Outdoors only, away from doors and windows. Indoor smoking/vaping incurs a $500 fee. Dispose of butts properly or cleaning fee applies.

✦ Pests: Bugs are common in SC. We do pest control but can't guarantee elimination. Report issues immediately. No refunds for insect presence.

EXTENDED STAYS (28+ DAYS) Due to the length of the stay, local tenancy laws may apply. Therefore, a standard lease agreement, a security deposit, and a $200 pet fee (per pet per stay) are required. Request details before booking.

SAFETY & USE ✦ At Your Own Risk: Use of the property and all amenities is at your own risk. Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately. ✦ Amenity Failures: If an advertised amenity fails mechanically during your stay, we'll refund $15 per 24 hours it's unusable (example: pizza oven down 48 hours = $30 refund). Must notify us immediately. No refunds for improper guest use. ✦ Internet Service: Provided as a courtesy. Service can be erratic due to weather, distance, or network congestion. We don't provide technical support or refunds for internet issues. ✦ Fire Pit: Use with caution. Never leave unattended. Use the hose to fully extinguish before bed or departure. ✦ Security Cameras: External cameras in use for safety (standard practice, like hotels). No indoor cameras. Tampering with internet or camera devices is prohibited.
