Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To ensure the quality of the home, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 cleaning fee. The property is equipped with a "minut" noise and smoke monitor; three notifications over 80 decibels will incur a $50 fee and may result in a request to leave the property.

Additional Policies:

• Early or late check-out (1 hour) is available for a $20 fee.
• Unauthorized late check-outs past 11:00 AM incur a $100 fee.
• Lost items can be returned for a $30 fee.
• Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee plus any potential rate increases.

Note: The owner occasionally works in the garden at the very back of the property. For your peace of mind, a wood fence provides privacy, and the owner will not disturb your stay.
