Designed for intimacy and rest, the retreat features one bedroom with a luxurious bed and one private bathroom. The sleeping area is a cozy sanctuary with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in, paired with blackout curtains for lazy mornings. The private bathroom is fully stocked with essentials, complemented by an unforgettable outdoor shower for an authentic Hill Country experience. For simple meals and cozy mornings, the kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, compact two-burner cooktop, toaster oven, and both a Keurig and French press.

Step outside onto your oversized private deck to find a personal sanctuary. You can soak beneath the star-filled Texas skies in your private hot tub, linger by your private fire pit, or enjoy a meal from the BBQ grill. For added relaxation, guests have access to shared communal spaces, including a cedar barrel sauna, string-lit outdoor dining under old oaks, a fire pit lounge, and horseshoes.

Located just outside of Fredericksburg, you are only minutes away from renowned wineries and local dining, with downtown Main Street approximately 20 minutes away. The property offers a semi-wild setting where you can enjoy dark skies and native wildlife.
