Important Guest Information: Due to HOA restrictions, trailers, RVs, boats, and similar vehicles cannot be parked on the property or street - please arrange alternative parking if needed. Winter visitors should note that AWD/4WD vehicles are highly recommended for mountain travel. The master bedroom closet and some garage storage containers remain locked for owner use. A Ring doorbell camera provides security at the entrance, and central heating/air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.

House Rules – Please Read Before Booking We’re delighted to welcome you to Meadow Rose Retreat! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to review our house rules before booking.

Trailer/RV/Boat Parking Prohibited Due to HOA restrictions, trailers, RVs, boats, and similar vehicles may not be parked in the driveway, garage, or on the street at any time. Please arrange for off-site parking if bringing such a vehicle.

No Parties or Events We value a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors Our home is strictly smoke-free. Any smoking or vaping inside the home will result in a deep-cleaning fee.

No Pets – Strict Policy No pets, emotional support animals (ESAs), or unattended service animals are allowed inside the home. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fee and cancellation of your reservation.

Service Animal Policy Per ADA guidelines, service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and cannot be left unattended. They are not permitted on furniture or beds. Any damage caused will be subject to repair and replacement costs.

Maximum Guest Limit Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. If you need extra accommodations, please reach out before booking to arrange roll-out beds or additional mattresses. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a charge of $50 per extra guest per week.

No Outside Shoes Indoors To maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests, please remove shoes at the door, including the garage entry.

Towels & Linens – Keep Them Fresh! Please use the black makeup towels provided for makeup removal. Regular towels should not be used for beauty or skincare products. If white towels or linens are permanently stained or damaged, a replacement fee will apply.

Trash & Excess Items All household trash must be bagged and placed in the outdoor bins provided. Please break down boxes before disposal. Any excess trash, oversized items, or piles of boxes left in the garage or that cannot fit in the bins will result in a $250 removal fee.
