We are very happy to host guests in this great area. So that this is also possible for many guests after you, there are a few rules to follow. Of course, something can always go wrong or broken. Feel free to contact us directly if anything happens. We'll find a solution.

1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is no later than 10:00. Earlier check-in or later check-out is available for a fee if available. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or are late in our cleanings are liable for any resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their place of residence. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own place of residence.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, not even in common areas (e.g. hallways, common kitchen). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs incurred for expenses incurred.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. The quiet hours of the house must be observed (10 pm to 6 am). The house entrance door must be kept closed. Coarse contamination entails the cost of special cleaning.
6. No guests whose number exceeds that of the reservation specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €40 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.
7. There are no pets allowed. Violations of our animal guidelines incur a charge of €50 plus the cost of a special cleaning. Guests with assistance animals are asked to contact us before the stay.
8. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys and remote controls.
9. Noise level measuring systems may be installed in the apartments for excessive volume monitoring. Video surveillance may be installed in common areas.
10. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to the host immediately.
11. Bicycles can be parked in the video-secured bicycle shed in the carport to the right of the house entrance door. Parking bicycles inside the building is not permitted.
12. The apartments are located in the middle of two private households. The outdoor area and the entrance area, but not the apartments themselves, are video monitored. Please respect the privacy of our neighbors. Entering the private property can be reported in accordance with §123 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) and lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation in accordance with point 13.
13. Booking a reservation comes with the agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests not respecting house rules are liable for any damages, fees, costs, or expenses resulting from them. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction of the apartment without refund.
