Discover the perfect getaway at this little cabin in Little Valley, New York, located just 10 minutes outside of Ellicottville. Designed for those looking to enjoy the surroundings and each other's company, this retreat offers a peaceful escape where nature takes center stage. A peaceful stream runs directly behind the cabin, lulling you to sleep at night and attracting local wildlife in search of a sip.
The cabin is configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The layout features an efficient and stylish space designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. The second floor is a dedicated sleeping area featuring built-in beds and is accessed via a spiral staircase. Please note that the second floor is not a full ceiling height, meaning adults will not be able to stand up straight in this area; guests are asked to use the handrail at all times. For your convenience, there is a light located on the head wall.
While the structured amenities are minimal, the property provides a fully stocked kitchen and a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. There is also a firepit available for evening gatherings; while wood is usually provided, it is not guaranteed, and guests are encouraged to bring their own lighter.
Set on a scenic 3-acre property, this cabin shares the land with one other cabin. While there are separate parking areas and separate walkways for each unit, you may occasionally hear the sounds of other guests or exchange a friendly wave. Visitors should also be aware that the water can feel very soft on occasion, so it is recommended to use less soap while bathing.
