About Property

Discover the magic of Little Valley, a hidden gem of New York that you may have never visited before, but will certainly want to return to again and again. This truly fabulous setting welcomes you to a home featuring recent enhancements designed specifically with your ultimate comfort and enjoyment in mind.

This already charming cabin has been updated with new modern furnishings from top direct-to-consumer brands, creating a space so warm and inviting you won't want to leave. The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 8 guests, featuring 4 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to relax.

Set on 3 expansive acres, this property offers a unique advantage over many other acreage rentals with a large flat area in front, perfect for setting up outdoor games or letting the children run freely. To enhance your stay, the home is equipped with updated 100mps WIFI and smart TVs, complemented by improved outdoor living spaces and comfortable seating that further elevate the fabulous atmosphere.

Located in the peaceful surroundings of Little Valley, the property is conveniently situated just a short 10-minute drive from Ellicottville, with gorgeous views to enjoy along the way.

Practical details for your stay include:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets are allowed

Please note that there are two cabins located next to each other on the property. While guests may occasionally hear others enjoying themselves nearby or exchange a friendly wave, each cabin maintains its own separate parking area and separate walking path.

As is common with country cabins, the home is serviced by a well. For your peace of mind, a whole-house filter was installed in 2025 and is replaced every 3 months. You may notice a slight smell when first using the water or find that the water feels very soft; both are normal characteristics of a well system, and it is recommended to use less soap.

Whether you are seeking a quiet retreat or a base for exploring Ellicottville, this inviting cabin offers the perfect blend of modern updates and rustic charm.
