This is the exact stretch of Surf City that captured the hearts of the owners, John and Kaley, and they have curated this home to ensure your getaway feels easy from the second you walk in.

This spacious coastal retreat is designed for groups and families, featuring 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms. The layout is thoughtfully arranged to maximize the scenery, with ocean views visible from the living room, dining room, and two of the bedrooms. For those staying in the downstairs bedroom, the space is highly versatile, featuring a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a sofa bed, allowing up to 6 people to sleep comfortably in that room alone.

Outdoor living is the centerpiece of the experience. Guests can enjoy three sundecks, including an amazing, spacious deck with a wonderful gazebo right at the beach. The property provides direct private beach access from the back deck and an outdoor shower to make your beach days even more special. For relaxation, a private ocean-view hot tub is available, which receives professional cleaning and quality checks before and after every stay.

Inside, the home is filled with exquisite décor and practical comforts. A fully stocked kitchen, linens, and towels are provided, so there are no extra fees for these essentials. Entertainment options include cable TV in the living room and three of the four bedrooms, with Smart TVs located in the living room and the kid's bedroom. If you need a break from the sun, a fully stocked activity closet with books, puzzles, and games awaits.

Located centrally on the island, Surf City Heart is within walking distance of the pier, ice cream shops, fine dining, shopping, and nightlife, meaning transportation is rarely needed. There is a parking lot suitable for up to 6 cars.

• Pets: Dog-friendly (up to 2 well-trained dogs, 20 lb or less each) for an additional fee of $200 per dog. Dogs are not permitted on beds or sofas. Larger dogs (up to 60 lb) or a third dog may be considered as an exception with a $500 refundable deposit; please message the hosts before booking. Cats and other pets are not allowed due to allergies.
• Extras: A charcoal grill is provided; guests must bring their own charcoal.
• Access: Guests have use of the entire home, excluding a few locked rooms.
