Smoking: No smoking inside the home. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine plus any additional cleaning and repair costs.

Pets: Dogs are welcome! Up to 3 dogs may be approved with a $175 pet fee per stay. All dogs must be pre-approved before booking. Cats and other pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, both indoors and outdoors. Dogs must be house-trained and may not be left unattended inside the home unless using a crate.

Events and Gatherings: Small gatherings or events must be pre-approved in advance and may be subject to an additional fee. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. If an unauthorized event occurs, the stay will be immediately canceled with no refund, and additional charges may apply.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially between 10 PM – 8 AM. Illegal activities & Drugs: Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited, including the use or possession of illegal drugs, prostitution, and human trafficking. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the stay, removal from the property, and notification of authorities.

Commercial Use: Commercial use is strictly prohibited. Commercial photography, videography, or other commercial activities are not allowed without written consent from the host.

Guest Limits: The number of guests must not exceed 12 guests. Exterior security cameras are in use for safety and to monitor compliance. Violations will be enforced and may result in additional charges or termination of stay without refund.

Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic. We do not provide technical support and are not responsible for internet issues. No refunds will be issued for internet service problems. Amenities: We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests.

Consumable Amenities: A generous supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic toiletries is provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed during their stay.

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. All property damage must be reported immediately to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform.

Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
