The upper floor hosts three additional King bedrooms and a bonus room with a Queen bed, all equipped with blackout drapes and 55" TVs.

Entertainment is abundant throughout the property. Guests can enjoy a dedicated game room with a pool table, air hockey, darts, and an arcade console, or relax in the lower-level lounge which features a 75" TV, poker table, and a full-size bar. Outside, the private fenced backyard is a paradise featuring a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit, and various lawn games including cornhole and horseshoes.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This property is dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs with a $250 fee). Please note that local compliance requires a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1000 security hold (or an optional damage waiver). Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties, smoking, or vaping are permitted. The pool is seasonal (approximately April - November), and heating is available for an additional fee.
