- Supplies are a starter amount and stay with the home. It is not a full resupply, so for longer stays plan to stock up in Durango on the way up, or hit the Country Store. Missing categories at checkout (TP, paper towels, detergent) are a $25 stocking fee per category plus replacement.
- No curbside trash service. Guests must haul to the transfer station OR purchase the $25 trash service. Trash bags left in the garage without prior service purchase will incur a $25 retroactive charge
- Stains on bedding or towels that cannot be removed: replacement cost
- Hot tub misuse requiring water change: $250 minimum + labor + chemicals
VIOLATION FEES
- Pets unauthorized: $500 + removal
- Smoking/vaping: $500
- Parties or events: $500 + removal + forfeit of remaining nights
- Extra guests overnight are NOT permitted. If it's determined there are more than 8 guests, your reservation will be cancelled + removal for violation of house rules.
- Excessive cleaning: $250, depends on scope
- Pool table damage (Baseline only): $100 repairman trip charge + labor + materials
- Leaving trash = $25/3 bags (see guidebook) Violation of any rule = immediate removal + minimum fees stated + forfeit of remaining nights, no refund.
