Pet Policy 🐾

We allow one low-shedding dog by prior approval as a courtesy. Our family has allergies, so we’re selective and only host pets when guests are confident they can maintain a no-trace stay. Cats are not permitted.

• Please message us before booking with your dog’s breed, size, and age. A short pet questionnaire must be completed and approved prior to confirmation.

• Pet accommodation fee: $200 per stay. This fee is for permission to bring a dog into the home and for the added precautions required in an allergy-sensitive environment. It does not cover additional cleaning, odor removal, or damage.

• Dogs must be crated when left unattended in the home.

• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds at any time.

• During your stay, please keep the home and yard tidy and remove all pet waste.

• The home should be left with no visible pet hair on furniture or bedding and no pet odors or stains.

• Any pet-related soiling, excessive hair, odor, or damage requiring additional professional cleaning, repair, or replacement will be charged at cost.

Weather & Travel Disclaimer - 🌪️❄️🌀🌊⛈️

Due to Florida’s coastal and subtropical climate, weather conditions such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, flooding, tropical storms, hurricanes, or evacuation advisories can occur and are outside of our control. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for weather-related disruptions, delays, utility interruptions, mandatory evacuations, or travel issues.

Guest safety is always our top priority, and we encourage all guests to closely monitor weather forecasts, local advisories, and evacuation notices before and during their stay.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in the event that unforeseen weather impacts your ability to arrive, remain at the property, or travel as planned.

Thank you for understanding and planning accordingly.
