**No trailer parking in The Lookout. Trailers must be stored in overflow lot. Violations may result in fines or early termination of stay.

**Vine and Dandy DOG POLICY: Our home is limited to 2 dogs at a time with a weight limit of 40lbs per dog. An additional charge of $120 will be charged for each additional pet not priorly approved. Please do not leave a dog unattended in our home or your car at any time, unless crated. Please keep dogs off of furniture and beds at all times. Please pick up after your dog. **There will be a $150 fee to clean excess hair up; damages will be charged to the card on file. Any professional services will be billed as well. **Cats are not permitted at this property.

**Summer Wildfire & Smoke Advisory: During the summer months in the Chelan area, wildfire activity and occasional smoke can occur throughout Central Washington. While wildfires are not common directly in town, conditions can change quickly, and smoke, road closures, or other fire-related impacts may occasionally affect the area during your stay. We recommend staying informed about local conditions and following any guidance or evacuation notices issued by local authorities. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Please note that refunds are not available due to wildfire smoke, air-quality conditions, road closures, or other fire-related circumstances beyond our control.

**Lake / Liability Owner or Agent shall not be liable for damages resulting from injury to any person in connection with this Rental Agreement while using the beach. GUESTS agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent and/or Owner from any liability, loss or obligation resulting from any such injuries. Guests are aware that lake activities can be hazardous and are voluntarily using the with knowledge of the danger involved.

**Sublet The unit CANNOT be sublet, shared or assigned. Only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property. If deemed necessary, we will remove unauthorized guests from the property, without reimbursement, and we will not be liable for the cost of alternative accommodations.

**Disputes/Liability HOST shall not be liable for damages resulting from injury to any person or any person's property in connection with this Rental Agreement or while on the premises. GUESTS agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent or Owner from any liability, loss or obligation resulting from any such injuries or damages.

**Maximum Occupancy Please note that exceeding the maximum allowed guest occupancy could result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with forfeiture of all payments. Any increase in the number of guests without prior approval from the owner may incur additional charges at the owner’s discretion.
