The sleeping arrangements include two private bedrooms: Bedroom 1 features a queen bed with nightstands and a large closet, while Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, a Smart TV, nightstands, and a large closet. For additional guests, the living room sectional conveniently pulls out into a queen sleeper. The home is served by one bathroom.

Inside, you will find an open living and dining area that flows seamlessly into a fully stocked kitchen, ideal for preparing full meals or assembling game-day snacks. The dining table serves as a great hub for board games or enjoying morning coffee from the dedicated coffee bar. Outside, the experience is elevated by a private fenced yard featuring Adirondack seating, string lights, and a firepit lounge—a unique space perfect for s'mores and evening conversations after a day of excitement. Please note that there is no grill on-site.
