This is an adult cabin, minimum age to book is 25. You are responsible for anyone entering the home while on your stay.

Your booking serves as your confirmation of understanding and agreement and consent to abide by these rules. If found in violation of any of these rules after check-in without written approval for an exception, you will be immediately removed from the property with no refund and your security deposit will be retained.

Check-in is 4 p.m. EST and check-out is 10am EST. No exceptions for early check-ins or late checkouts, as this time frame is necessary to allow our dedicated cleaning crew to thoroughly prepare the cabin for the subsequent guests. There will be a $500 fee for late check outs (unless explicity agreed upon by host).

Due to the distinctive character of our cabin, it is imperative to emphasize our rigorous cleaning protocols. A clean cabin is our number one priority.

We encourage you to care for the cabin as if it were your own home. If you happen to spoil or dirty any part of it during your stay, please take a moment to clean it. It's important to note that the cleaning fee covers the sanitization and preparation of the cabin for the next guests and is not intended for addressing bodily fluids. Any additional cleaning required due to a messy departure will incur an extra cleaning fee.

Kindly dispose of all birth control items in the waste bin, do not flush them down the toilet.

NO PARTIES/large gatherings, loud noise/shouting and no loud music. Property rental is for up to 2 guests. No one other than the guests listed in on your booking are allowed inside the property.

Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the house or on the porch/deck. If smoking on the property, please clean up after yourself. If smoking is detected inside the house or on the porch/deck, there will be a $2,000 fine.

No open flames inside the house

BYOT: Please make sure to pack any personal intimate items. We provide the ambiance, and you bring the excitement.

This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises of its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. • Absolutely no climbing on or jumping off trees and house.

Parking: 2 vehicles. Parking is NOT allowed on the side of the road or on the area across the road from the driveway. No trailers, commercial vehicles, boats, recreational vehicles shall be parked on the premises.

No tents or campers are allowed on the property.

Guests must evacuate from the short-term vacation rental upon posting of any evacuation order issued by local, state, or federal authorities.

Please respect the neighborhood.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If something is damaged or broken please notify host. Damage repairs will be billed at $85/hr for labor, $50/hour for travel time

Reservations are nontransferable. The person listed as the renter has to be present or the reservation is canceled without refund.

Content Creation Policy

To preserve the privacy, exclusivity, and aesthetic of Hidden Honey Homes, all content creation (including but not limited to photography, videography, or live streaming intended for social media, promotional use, or monetized platforms) is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from management.

Unauthorized content creation may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

To request permission, please contact us in advance with details of your intended shoot.

Hot Tub Rules for Our Vacation Rental

To ensure your safety and the longevity of our hot tub, please follow these rules:

1. Health & Safety:

Shower before using the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, and dirt. Do not enter the hot tub if you have open wounds, infectious diseases, or recently consumed alcohol or drugs. Pregnant individuals, young children, and those with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use.

2. Usage Guidelines:

Do not exceed the maximum occupancy (___ people). Limit sessions to 15-20 minutes at a time to avoid overheating. No diving, jumping, or rough play in or around the hot tub.

3. Temperature Settings:

Do not adjust the temperature above 104°F (40°C). Ensure the cover is securely replaced when the tub is not in use.

4. Prohibited Items:

No glassware—use provided plastic cups for beverages. Avoid using oils, soaps, or bubble bath in the hot tub. Do not place food or other items on the hot tub edge.

5. Maintenance & Cleaning:

Please notify us immediately if the hot tub appears dirty or malfunctions. Do not tamper with the filters, heater, or other equipment. Replace the cover after each use to maintain water temperature and cleanliness.

6. Respect Quiet Hours:

Be mindful of neighbors by adhering to quiet hours.

7. Additional Charges:

Excessive cleaning, damage, or improper use may result in additional fees.

Property Protection/Management Fee

Every reservation includes a Property Protection & Guest Care Fee built into your booking. This allows us to quickly replace everyday household items (such as broken glassware or stained linens), cover forgotten item shipping, and resolve minor accidental damage without charging guests after checkout. Significant or intentional damage may still be subject to additional charges in accordance with Airbnb policies.
