Across three floors, this residence accommodates ten guests: three ensuite kings with vaulted ceilings and balcony access, and a custom bunk room equipped with four single beds. For those seeking a quiet retreat, the carriage house across the courtyard offers a separate nook with a queen bed, a queen sofa bed, and its own kitchenette featuring a stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

Between the two homes lies a private oasis. You will find a private pool (heating available for an added fee), two covered patios, and two gas grills for evening cookouts under soft landscape lights. Additional leisure features include an outdoor shower and a ping-pong table located in the garage.

Located in Inlet Beach, the estate is situated just outside Rosemary Beach proper. While not part of the Rosemary Beach HOA—meaning community pools and private walkovers are not included—guests enjoy the exclusivity of a private pool and a brief five-minute walk to the public beach access at the end of Winston Lane.
