House Rules: This is a non-smoking property (penalty of $500 AUD applies). Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited to ensure the comfort of neighbors; loud noise after 10:00 PM may result in immediate eviction. Guests are asked to keep the oven clean after use to avoid a $50 cleaning fee. Please ensure all lights, heaters, and AC are switched off upon departure. Loss of keys incurs a $300 charge per set.
