Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with a fee of $50 per pet per day (max 2 pets, max 100 lbs per dog). Please use provided poop bags; failure to pick up after pets results in a $100 charge.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the house; an ashtray is provided on the outdoor patio.
• Pool Rules: No animals, glassware, food, or tanning oils in the pool. Swim at your own risk.
• House Rules: No house parties or events. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Check-out requirements: Strip used bedding/towels into laundry baskets, close all windows, turn off lights, and remove all trash to the designated bins.
