The first floor hosts a cozy king bedroom with backyard views—ideal for those avoiding stairs—alongside a living room with a 55-inch HDTV, a full stainless kitchen with an elegant dining table, and a family room featuring vaulted ceilings and an electric fire pit. The second floor includes a master suite with a plush cathedral king bed, en-suite bath, walk-in closet, and personal mini-split AC, as well as a second cozy king bedroom and a third bedroom with a day bed and private workstation. The top floor serves as a fourth bedroom and game room, complete with two bunk beds, a bar, and a private balcony.
