Sauna guidelines Before use: We encourage cleanliness- wear shoes to and from sauna, clean skin with no oils, perfumes or lotion, hair tied up or back, no nudity.

After use: turn off heater, make sure water is put back and open air vent, close door behind you

Party guidelines:

This is a quiet neighborhood so requests for parties will be denied. Bringing friends together for events is something that can be approved. Party activity is monitored by Air BnB and security cameras and will be swiftly evacuated if attempted.

Kayak Guidelines: No children 18 and under allowed to use the Kayaks. Adults are able to use the Kayak’s for a $50 upcharge and access code provided once Waiver of Liability form has been completed and sent in. Use of life vests (provided) is required.

No swimming allowed in the body of water next to the property.

Kitchen clean up: Hand wash dishes with soap and water before placing into dish washer- dishwashing liquid is highly concentrated, dispense a dime size amount and then run washer

Please take leftover food and beverage with you or dispose in large trash/recycle bin for garbage day

Laundry: Lint trap must be cleaned before and after use for safety Leaving clothes and linens in dryer will smell so complete cycle while in the space Laundry soap and fabric softener are highly concentrated very little is needed

Pets: No pets are allowed on the bed or furniture Remember to pick up your pets "poop sculpture" in the back and front yard

Guests: Additional guests can potentially be OK but they must be identified to hosts before and during stay- this is per Airbnb Policies. Additional guest fee may be requested and reservation adjustments needed. Air Mattress bed available.

1. 🚭 NO SMOKING / NO VAPING – STRICT POLICY

Absolutely NO smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, including: • Inside the home • Porch, patio, balcony, yard, driveway • All indoor/outdoor spaces belonging to the property • Near doors, windows, or vents with in 25 feet

Prohibited items include cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, hookah, incense, and any burning or vapor-producing materials.

💰 Smoking Violation Fee

If smoking or vaping is detected, a $350 Smoke Odor Remediation Fee will be charged. Additional charges may apply for: • Burn marks or damage • Extra cleaning of linens, upholstery, or surfaces • HVAC filter replacement or odor treatment

Violation of this rule may result in termination of the reservation without refund.

Evidence may include: • Smoke odor inside the home • Vape residue or visible vapor • Cigarette butts, ashes, or smoking materials • Burn marks or damage • Outdoor camera footage showing smoking (no indoor cameras)

A separate Rental Agreement is required for every reservation. It must be reviewed and signed - including confirming your email and phone number - before check-in.
