Sleeping arrangements include a master suite with a memory foam king-size bed and a 47" smart TV, two guest bedrooms each featuring a memory foam queen-size bed, and a third guest bedroom equipped with a bunk bed containing two memory foam queen-size beds (top and bottom), a 42" smart TV, and cozy bean bags. The master bathroom is highlighted by a walk-in shower and a handheld showerhead.

Step outside to find a backyard paradise built for entertainment. Guests can enjoy the private heated pool with a privacy fence, complete with a volleyball net and basketball hoops. For more active leisure, the property boasts a 240 sq ft putting green, a bag set, and a sun room featuring a ping pong table that converts to air hockey. Evenings are best spent by the wood-burning fire pit with rocking chairs or dining alfresco at the outdoor dining set for 10, supported by an outdoor BBQ grill and evening lighting.

Inside, the fully stocked kitchen is ready for any meal, featuring a blender for poolside margaritas, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, an electric stove, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. For added convenience, the home includes a private washer and dryer, as well as complimentary beach towels and chairs for your trips to the sand.
