We proudly welcome well-behaved pets with a $15 per night pet fee. Your furry friends will enjoy provided beds, food dishes, treats, poop bags, and a dedicated yard area. Small and extra-large crates are available when needed. Please note that small dogs may be able to squeeze under the backyard fence.

Important guest information: The property features exterior security cameras for safety. There are four stairs at the entrance/exit and additional stairs to reach two bedrooms. Parking is available in the driveway (note steep drop-off) and street parking in front. Early check-in and late check-out available for $25/hour with advance notice. For fragrance sensitivities, we use natural cleaners and fragrance-free detergents, though air fresheners are present unless removal is requested before arrival.

Additional rules
1- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or within 10 feet of entrance. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken.

2- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am. Be aware that we have outside security cameras for the safety and protection of our property and to monitor guest count.

3- WELL BEHAVED dogs are accepted with a nightly fee of $15 per dog, per night. Dogs may not be left unattended and must be leashed whenever outside. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. We provide a pet bed, but your pet may be more comfortable with a blanket from home as well. There is a $50 poop scooping fee if poop fairy has to clean up any messes left behind. Please clean up after your fur babies.

4- There is a $25 per hour LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE. Please message us if you need to make arrangements so we can be properly prepared.

5- HOT TUB RULES ARE POSTED at the property. Guests must fill out Hot Tub Agreement Form at the time of booking and follow all of the rules agreed upon. There is a $75 cleaning fee and $400 repair fee if necessary.

5- LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! We need to get a little more information about your reason for staying with us.

6- LONGER STAYS require more frequent cleanings. Cleanings will be scheduled every two weeks and billed at the time of booking.

7- PLEASE LEAVE FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS as they are! Moving items can cause damages and takes our cleaning team longer to prepare for the next guests. There is a $150 fine for breaking this rule.

8- CLEAN THE BBQ GRILL AND TURN THE PROPANE OFF after each use. Please do so with the firepit as well. This will prevent accidental fires and is for your protection as well as the property's. There is a $25 fine for leaving the grill dirty or the propane on.

Please clean perishables out of the fridge and start the dishwasher. Please make sure the BBQ and firepit propane is turned off and the hot tub lid is closed and latched.
