The home features a thoughtful layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. On the first floor, you will find a comfortable King bed equipped with a smart TV. For additional sleeping space, there is a cozy sleeping loft featuring two twin beds. Please note that the loft is accessed via a small, narrow staircase with limited headroom, making it a quirky space that children love, though it may not be ideal for those with difficulty climbing stairs.

As a historic tiny house, this home comes with authentic quirks and charm. The kitchen, shower, and bathroom sink are intentionally small, and guests should expect the natural characteristics of a beachside older home, such as occasional dust or seasonal leaves on the patio. For security, the back sliding glass door is secured with a sliding pole.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Minimum Stay: 3–4 nights between Memorial Day and Labor Day; 2-night minimum from September through April (with some summer exceptions based on the calendar).
