Welcome to our warm and inviting mountain getaway in Truckee, California. We invite you to discover this newly renovated mountain modern home at Northstar, a unique property luxuriously outfitted from top to bottom to ensure an unforgettable Sierra Nevada experience.

This spacious townhome is thoughtfully divided across three floors to maximize comfort and privacy. The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. You will find two California King beds featuring premium Casper mattresses and a dedicated bunk room equipped with four twin beds. For those traveling with little ones, a pack and play is available for one toddler or baby. The heart of the home is located on the middle level, where the kitchen, dining, and living areas merge under a stunning large vaulted ceiling anchored by a distinctive antler chandelier.

Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, the home is detailed with elegant wood flooring and a Sonos surround system. Guests can enjoy the outdoors from two private patios. While there are no general amenities listed in the structured data, the home provides four Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach/pool towels for your convenience.

Located just minutes from the Northstar village, you are perfectly positioned for adventure. Skiing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, and swimming are right outside your doorstep, and the lake is only a 13-minute drive away. The Northstar village offers a variety of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and an ice/roller skating rink. For active guests, the Northstar recreation center is available for a $10 daily fee per guest, offering an Olympic-sized pool, lap pool, gym, jetted spas, tennis and pickleball courts. Two NPOA Guest passes are provided in the welcome binder to facilitate access (replacement cost is $100 each).

• Parking: Guest parking is available in a large lot; a guest parking pass must be displayed on your dashboard. Please note the unit is located on a hill and requires walking up steps for access.
• Policies: Pets are not allowed. Late check-outs may be requested and approved on a case-by-case basis; if granted, a 1/2 day charge applies for extension until 2:00 PM.
• Note: The region is prone to wildfires; smoke presence is not a qualified reason for refunds.
