• Maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests, including children • Primary booking guest must be at least 21 and must stay at the property unless an exception is approved in advance • No parties or events • Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM • No smoking or vaping indoors; outdoors only, away from the cabin, with windows and doors closed • No fireworks anywhere on the property • Park only in the gravel driveway (up to 4 vehicles); no grass or road parking unless specifically approved • Dogs: up to 2, $125 per dog, per stay; dogs over 50 lb require manager approval; clean up after dogs indoors and outdoors. Service animals and emotional support animals are exempt from pet fees • Keep fire-pit fires small and contained, burn firewood only, and avoid fires on windy days • Clean the grill after use • Do not move indoor furniture outside • Follow the trash and recycling instructions in the home (Monday pickup — cans to the road Sunday night) • Early check-in and late checkout can be booked in the Guest Portal starting 1 week before check-in or checkout, for up to 4 hours at $15/hour, subject to availability. Early check-in must be booked at least 4 hours before check-in; late checkout at least 18 hours before checkout • The locked garage and the locked owner closet in the basement are private and not part of the rental • Do not tamper with the doorbell camera, the smart lock, Wi-Fi equipment, smoke/CO detectors, or other safety equipment • Short-Term Rental Agreement and guest verification must be completed before arrival; the refundable security deposit is collected through the guest portal about 2 days before check-in
Significant violations — including unauthorized parties, exceeding the approved guest count, illegal substances or underage drinking, or tampering with security or safety equipment — may result in additional charges and may result in termination of the stay.
Charges may apply for property damage, smoking remediation, unauthorized pets or guests, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other costs caused during the reservation.
