Our country getaway is a unique isolated getaway, so we are sharing some important information initially to ensure it's a smooth experience for your group. Could you please acknowledge the below house rules and water conservation guidelines and share them with your group before check-in?

Water Conservation:

The area is constantly in a drought, and we are on a well, so its sincerely appreciated if simple conservation efforts are used. They are: -Avoid running faucets when doing dishes and brushing teeth. -Be mindful of shower length -No splashing or refilling the pool -We ask for laundry to be used during long stays only (3+), only if critical for short stays

House Rules

• Please follow water conservation tips and be very conservative with water, the house is on a well
• Please drive no faster than 25 MPH on the main road & NO off roading in Vasterling Creek Ranch
• NO SMOKING - smoking is only allowed in outside areas - $500 fine / cleanup fee
• DO NOT put ANYTHING in the toilet except toilet paper, we are on a sensitive septic system
• Please remove shoes when entering the home
• No leaning against rail in loft area
• No parties or events - Quiet hours between 11pm and 6am -Prior approval for inviting guests over is required and minimal fee will apply
• Please do not use white bath towels for the river, use colored towels provided in laundry room
• Please wipe down lawn chairs and put them back in the storage bench on the back patio after use
• NO glass at the river. Please respect the Llano river and clean up after yourselves
• Please stay within the boundaries of the house and refrain from joy walking outside the yard area (WARNING: Snakes are present, especially in summer)

Pet Rules (if applicable) Notice: It’s increasingly rare for hosts to accommodate pets due to ongoing challenges. As pet lovers, it’s important to us to stay pet friendly. To do so, we ask that you observe the following rules:

-3 pets maximum, (exceptions can be discussed), $75 fee applies

• No pets on furniture
• Poop scoop. A scooper is provided in the yard and doggy bags in the island drawer
• Vacuum excess hair. A vacuum is located in the laundry room, which also has a handheld *Additional cleaning to remove excessive hair or dog excrement will be charged to the reservation
