We want you to have an exceptional stay. - These rules boil down to respecting our neighbors, our future guests, our home, and the law. Most of our guests are awesome, but we have had some bad apples, which is why we have these rules and fees. Please reach out with any questions!

No smoking or tampering with smoke/CO detectors - please respect our home and future guests. - By booking with us, you authorize us and Airbnb to charge you a base fee of $2,000 if there is a smoke smell in the home, tampering with smoke/CO detectors, or other evidence of smoking indoors upon checkout. - You authorize additional fees for full remediation of smoke smell (i.e. extra cleaning time, professional smoke remediation, supplies, equipment, etc.) and to reimburse us for the full cost of refunding future guests as a result of a lingering smoke smell until the smoke smell is fully remediated.

No pets/animals - please respect future guests with animal allergies. - By booking with us, you authorize us and Airbnb to charge you a base fee of $750 for violation of this rule - extra cleaning time, personnel, and effort is required when guests violate this rule and future guests may be impacted if they have especially sensitive animal allergies.

No parties, events, and/or loud music allowed at any time - please respect our neighbors. - We have to enforce quiet hours at this property to comply with city regulations and to respect our neighbors 10pm-7am. We have a Minut noise monitoring system inside and outside which only monitors decibel levels (no audio recording). They will be on during your stay. - We want you to have an exceptional stay; however, please help us stay in business and respect our neighbors by avoiding loud music/noise at all times (day and night) and respecting quiet hours, especially when outside enjoying the fire pit and patio space. - By booking with us, you authorize us and Airbnb to charge you up to $750 for violation of this rule. Violation of this rule may also result in eviction without refund and Airbnb Trust & Safety may ban you from the platform.

All guests and individuals must leave the property prior to the checkout time. - Our cleaning team needs time to prepare the property to our 5-star standards for the next guest - they appreciate your help with leaving on time! - By booking with us, you authorize us and Airbnb to charge you a base late fee of $50 + $50 for each additional 30 minutes for violation of this rule.

No open flames indoors. No illegal substances/activities allowed on the premises. No underage drinking. You must be 21 years old to book.

Although children are welcome, the house has not been made child proof, you are responsible for the supervision of your children

Please immediately report any damage.

Lock all windows & doors when you leave.

Additional fees will be imposed if the property is left in unsatisfactory condition.

Please follow any additional posted rules on the property.

We have an Airbnb Strict cancellation policy. We highly suggest purchasing the Airbnb Travel Insurance or another provider in order to protect yourself if you needed to cancel.

Note: There is no longer a hot tub available for use.
