Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that same-day check-in is not allowed. A $500 security deposit is held for all stays. This is a strictly non-smoking complex, including balconies; smoking of cigarettes, vaping, cigars, or pipes will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fee applied if pets or remnants are found. Additional rules include a minimum rental age of 25 years, no loud noise after 10 PM (a $50 fee applies if security is called), no grilling, and no trailers, campers, or RVs. Please be aware that the Embassy Suite pools, Splash Park, and 78 Fitness are not included. A $50 fee applies for any lost pool pass.
