HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING:
Our snazzy HVAC unit keeps things comfy year-round. Please keep the temperature between 67-73°F. No need to go extreme – it won't speed things up, just might give our unit a headache!
One Thermostat: Located in the hallway next to the stairs, it's the boss of the whole house. If things feel different upstairs vs. downstairs, tweak it a bit to find your perfect balance.
Airflow: We've got dampers to spread the love, but it's not always perfect. Check the downstairs thermometer by the bathroom to compare.
If you light a fire, the heat might shut off upstairs. Give it a breather by opening the doors after – keeps everyone toasty!
