House Rules:

This is a smoke-free home - including the outside area surrounding the property. Smoking of any substance, including vaping, is strictly prohibited.

-No parties or events -No food or drinks in bedrooms -Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am -The property has a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else -Please remember to turn off the heating/cooling when exiting the house -Pets are permitted with an additional deposit and fee - please see the Pet Policy section for more information -Guests are responsible for any and all damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly -For safety - fireworks and firearms are not allowed at the property -Please note: for safety purposes, open flame/bonfires are not allowed on the property - please only use the provided fire pit (propane). Fire risk is extremely high in Oakhurst, so we greatly appreciate your cooperation -No unbooked/unregistered guests, please -Please remove shoes before entering the house -Please do not rearrange the furniture -Underage drinking and illegal drug use is not permitted at the property -Guests are expected to wash their dishes before check-out and take any trash to the trash bin, located at the front of property next to the fence and to the left of the home when facing the driveway

Additional Information: Guests will have access to the entire interior and fenced exterior (backyard) of the home. The right (West) and left (East) side of the property are not accessible to our guests. We ask that you do not use these areas, so please instruct your children, pets or other guests to stay within the house and fenced areas. Thank you for your cooperation.

There are two Ring cameras throughout the property - one at the front door, and another at the front of the garage. These are for guest safety and security purposes only. There are absolutely no cameras located inside of the home.

Hot Tub Usage Waiver: Use of the hot tub is voluntary and at Guest(s)'s sole risk. By booking this property and/or using the hot tub, Guest(s) acknowledges and agrees that hot tubs involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips and falls, overheating, dehydration, dizziness, fainting, injury or death.

Guest(s) assume full responsibility for themselves and all members of their party, including minors, and agree to supervise children at all times. Guest(s) represent that all users are in a suitable physical condition and understands that individuals who are pregnant, have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other medical conditions should consult with a physician prior to use. Guest(s) agrees to follow all posted rules and safety instructions, limit duration of use, avoid alcohol or drug use while in the hot tub, and keep the hot tub covered when not in use.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Guest(s) releases, waives, and discharges the Property Owner/Host from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes or action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to hot tub use, including claims based on negligence, except to the extent prohibited by law. Guest expressly waives the provisions of California Civil Code 1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known, would have materially affected their settlement with the debtor or releases party." Misuse or failure to follow these rules may result in loss of access to the hot tub and/or additional charges.
