Located in a prime position in Otago, the apartment is just a 5 minute walk into the Queenstown town centre. For those visiting during the ski season, Coronet Peak is approximately 21 minutes (15.7 km) away, and The Remarkables are about a 47 minute drive (24.2 km). While the center of town offers Ubers, Taxis, and Bus Services, hiring a car is a popular way to explore. Guests are reminded that New Zealand roads can be narrow and twisty, with driving on the left side of the road.

• Noise Policy: As the home is in a residential area, please keep noise to a low level, especially between 8pm and 8am. No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas from 8pm to 8am, and outdoor entertainment areas must not be used between 10pm and 7am.
• Energy Use: During cold months, please set the heat pump to 18 degrees when leaving the house to maintain a comfortable temperature and manage electricity costs.
• General: Please treat the property with respect and leave it tidy and undamaged upon departure.

Because Queenstown experiences mountain weather, cold outbreaks can occur even in Summer. We recommend bringing warm clothing and a wind-proof, water-proof jacket regardless of the season to ensure your stay remains wonderful.
