This listing is for Room #2, a stylish private room perfectly suited for solo travelers or couples. The sleeping arrangements include one queen bed featuring a memory foam mattress, with a guest capacity of up to 2 people and one private en-suite bathroom.

Room #2 is a serene retreat featuring high-end comforts and functional spaces:

• Two dedicated work desks, including one located in the room and one in the loft

• Policies: Pets are not allowed. Exterior security cameras monitor all entrances for your safety. Long-term guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
