The interior is thoughtfully designed for groups, boasting two separate living spaces and two kitchens—complete with two refrigerators—making it an ideal setup for creating distinct adult and kid-friendly areas.

Situated just a block off the bright and vibrant Historic Garland Avenue, you are within walking distance of amazing vintage stores, thrift shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the historic Garland Theatre. Please note that because of its central location in the Garland District, guests may experience natural noise from local visitors. Additionally, occasional street fairs on Lincoln Street may result in temporary road closures; in such events, parking is available on adjacent streets like Walton or Post.
