Designed for relaxation and group gatherings, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a total of 5 beds, comfortably sleeping 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a King bed with an ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom, a Queen bed in the second room, two single beds in the third, and a double bed in the fourth.

Inside, you will find a living area equipped with Smart TVs throughout the home and a fully equipped kitchen featuring everything needed to cook and serve meals. For your morning ritual, enjoy the coffee station stocked with locally roasted Bonsai Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. The home also includes a dedicated workspace for remote work and a washer and dryer located in the attached garage.

The private screened-in lanai is the highlight of the property, allowing you to enjoy the saltwater pool, stretch out on loungers, or watch a game on the outdoor Smart TV without the nuisance of bugs. For those visiting during cooler months, optional pool heat is available for $45 per night or $225 per week (must be requested 48 hours in advance and applied to the full stay).

Located in Dunedin, Florida, the home is just 10 minutes from the walkable downtown area and the beautiful beaches of Honeymoon Island. It is a favorite winter escape, especially for fans attending Toronto Blue Jays spring training right in town. Monthly and extended stays are welcome.
