The residence is thoughtfully configured with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, providing enough space to accommodate up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, complemented by additional futons for flexible hosting of families, couples, or small groups. To ensure a seamless stay, the home features 2 bathrooms, including a spa-inspired primary bathroom. Each bedroom is meticulously equipped with a TV, backlit mirrors, and either a vanity or a workstation, blending beauty with function.

While the home is designed for relaxation, it is also a hub for entertainment. The highlight of the property is the newly finished basement, a hidden gem and private speakeasy that gives the home its name. This unique space features a custom bar, pool table, poker table, shuffleboard, dart board, slot machine, and three arcade games. For a slower pace, guests can start their mornings at the boutique coffee bar, fully stocked with a frother, syrups, creamers, and curated tea selections. Outside, you can unwind in the hot tub, dine on the back deck, or gather around the log fire pit under the stars.

Situated on over six acres at The Haven, this home is one of three unique residences placed to maintain privacy while sharing the land's natural beauty. The property boasts 330 feet of Etowah River frontage and a peaceful pond. While the meadow is intentionally left in an unmanicured state and river access is limited by the terrain, the surroundings provide a tranquil backdrop for exploration. You are located just minutes from downtown Dahlonega, where you can enjoy local wineries, breweries, spas, and hiking trails, all while being less than an hour from Atlanta.
