The home features a unique layout with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxury captain’s quarters with a king bed, a first mate’s quarters with a queen bed, and a two-level lounge area featuring both a king and a queen bed with privacy curtains. Every bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night.

At the heart of the home is the kitchen, from which the various wings of the house stretch outward. The sunken living room is a standout feature, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, warm wood tones, and geometric midcentury furnishings. Guests can relax on West Elm and Crate & Barrel furniture, gather around the double-sided gas fireplace, or enjoy music on the vintage record player. For entertainment, the home includes a retro game room with vintage arcade consoles, puzzles, and games, as well as a dedicated office nook for those on a workcation.

Set on 1.7 private, wooded acres, the property is designed for maximum Aurora Borealis viewing. Guests can watch the northern lights from the hot tub, the balcony, the outdoor wood firepit, or from within the aurora-viewing igloo. The exterior is surrounded by birch trees and is occasionally visited by wandering moose.
