While the property is situated right on the ocean, it is not located on a beach; water access is difficult and may not be safe for swimming. Additionally, the footpath from the driveway to the house is downhill, meaning the return walk uphill may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Please note that the indoor fireplace is not for guest use and outdoor fires are prohibited.
