To ensure a secure stay, guests must be 25 years or older to rent. A verification process is required, including an official ID check, contact information confirmation, and a security screening via a verification portal. A valid credit card matching the guest's ID is required to hold a refundable $50 security deposit.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests have 24-hour access to the home via a smart lock box; however, the garage and owner's kitchen closet remain private. Pets are not allowed.
