We do not allow parties or events at our property. Disruptive gatherings—regardless of size—are strictly prohibited.

Trash pickup is scheduled every Tuesday at 7 AM. Please make sure to place the trash bins at the curb before 7 AM to ensure collection.

A few important guidelines: ✅ Trash must be bagged in 10- to 15-gallon garbage bags and placed inside the bins. ✅ If any unaccepted items are placed in the trash, our service provider will leave a tag with instructions on how to meet the pickup requirements.

Accepted items for trash pickup include: ✔ Bottles ✔ Cloth ✔ Flattened & bundled empty boxes ✔ Food waste ✔ Diapers ✔ Metal cans ✔ Paper & plastic ✔ Small twigs, leaves, and grass (bundled or bagged) ✔ Tires (without metal rims, placed inside trash carts) ✔ Toys

However, if your checkout is on Wednesday, we’d really appreciate it if you could move the trash bins to the curb before leaving. Thank you so much for your help! 😊
