PET POLICY:
We’re happy to welcome your pets! To help us keep the space comfortable for all guests, please review the following:
Pet Fee: $35 per pet, per stay, to cover standard cleaning and maintenance. A maximum of 2 small/medium-sized pets are allowed (maximum 50 lbs each).
Furniture & Bedding: Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture. Please bring your pet’s own blankets, bedding, or crates to ensure they are comfortable.
Respect the Space: Kindly help protect floors, rugs, and upholstery. Additional charges may apply for excessive shedding, accidents, odors, stains, damage, or cleaning beyond normal use.
Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended on the property unless they are safely confined in a crate or other secure enclosure.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space clean and welcoming for everyone!
HOUSE RULES:

This is a residential area. Please be considerate of your neighbors and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the premises. A $200 penalty will be applied for violations.

No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.

No unauthorized guests or extra visitors are allowed on the property.

No open flames or candles are allowed inside or outside the property.

Fireworks, outdoor fires, and contained outdoor fires during burn bans are strictly prohibited.

No hunting, shooting, or archery activities are allowed on the property.

ATVs and golf carts are not permitted on the property.

Please do not move indoor or outdoor furniture.

Tampering with and/or disconnecting the house internet, outdoor cameras, thermostats, garage door keypads, Alertify devices, or other electrical equipment is strictly prohibited. A penalty of $200 will be applied for any violations.

Please do not place food, oil, coffee grounds, bones, wipes, or any other waste into the garbage disposal or toilets. These items can cause serious clogs and damage. If plumbing or drains become clogged due to misuse, the cost of repairs will be charged back to the guest. We kindly ask that all food waste and non-flushable items be disposed of in the designated trash bins.

Excessive cleaning beyond normal use, excessive trash left behind, stains, damage, or any missing items from the property may result in additional charges.
