Welcome to Waikanae Beach Escape, a cozy bach and the ideal hideaway for a romantic couples getaway or a peaceful solo retreat. This bright and inviting private studio offers a relaxing coastal escape designed for comfort and convenience, perfectly blending beachy character with a modern take on kiwi bach vibes. Located in Waikanae, Wellington, you are just a five-minute stroll from the beach and close to local cafes, nature, and entertainment.

The studio is configured with 1 bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed, 1 bathroom, and accommodates up to 2 guests. The living area flows seamlessly into a kitchenette, which is ideal for simple meals and light breakfasts. This space includes a mini fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine, along with all necessary crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Please note there is no oven or cooktop available.

One of the standout features is the private outdoor bathtub, perfect for relaxing soaks under the stars after a day of exploring the Kapiti Coast. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor seating area for morning coffees or evening drinks. Inside, the studio is equipped for any season with a heat pump for cooling in summer and warmth in winter, complemented by an electric indoor fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. For entertainment, there is a 43-inch Sony Smart TV with Netflix, Neon, Freeview, and casting capabilities, supported by fast Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Practical details include professionally cleaned interiors with quality hotel-style linen. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM via a unique smart lock code, with check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in from 8:00 AM is available for $70.00 NZD, subject to availability. Guests must sign an online rental agreement and complete ID verification prior to arrival.

This property is pet-friendly for dogs (please include them in your reservation), with a fee of $10 per pet per night. We ask that you bring your own pet bedding and bowls, keep paws off the furniture, and keep dogs on a leash as the property is not fenced.

House rules include a strict no-smoking and no illegal drug policy inside the bach. Please park your vehicle on the quiet road in front of the studio rather than the driveway. As there are two separate dwellings on the property divided by fencing, we kindly ask that you respect the privacy of guests at the neighboring Waikanae Beach Abode and do not enter their grounds. Bookings are limited to a maximum of 28 nights.

Whether you are unwinding by the fire or soaking in the outdoor bath, Waikanae Beach Escape is the perfect place to slow down and recharge.
