Escape to a beautiful modern farmhouse in San Marcos, Texas, set on 15 private acres where you can relax, reconnect with nature, and make lasting memories. This unique retreat offers a perfect blend of countryside peace and contemporary comfort, providing a serene getaway for families and groups.

The home is designed for gathering and relaxation, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a maximum guest capacity of 12. The sleeping arrangements include a Master Suite with a king bed and full-size pullout couch with an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom featuring two full/double beds. An additional full-size pullout couch is located in the common area to accommodate larger groups.

Inside the farmhouse, guests will find a warm and comfortable atmosphere characterized by vaulted ceilings, cozy furnishings, and a wood-burning fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a GE induction stove, and a dedicated workspace is provided for those needing to stay connected. For entertainment, the fully equipped game room is a highlight, featuring a pool table, shuffleboard, poker table, and a TV lounge area.

Outdoor living is an integral part of the experience. The property boasts a covered deck with a hot tub, dining area, and BBQ grill. Guests can explore private walking trails, enjoy beautiful sunset views, or spend evenings around the fire pit beneath the stars. A catch-and-release pond stocked with bass is also available for fishing. As a working farm, the grounds are home to friendly goats, alpacas, mini cows, and stunning peacocks that freely roam the property.

Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, you are just 11 minutes from San Marcos shopping, dining, and outlet malls, 18 minutes from Gruene Hall and Guadalupe River tubing, and 20 minutes from Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: One dog or cat under 20 pounds is welcome with a $200 per-stay fee
• Parking: Available for up to 6 vehicles
• Rules: Please bring your own firewood for the fire pit. The farm store is closed to guests. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and barn areas only.

Please note that this is a working farm; you may see tractors, farm staff, or routine operations. While the wider grounds are shared with guests in three luxury glamping domes (The Haven, The Jungle, and The Stargazer), the farmhouse and its designated outdoor spaces remain entirely private. A caretaker is generally onsite most days from 8 AM to 4 PM, though no caretaker lives onsite.
