Living spaces are designed for comfort, including a huge living room with high ceilings, a ceiling fan, comfy sofas, a sofa recliner, and a 65-inch Smart Google TV with a Spectrum cable package featuring over 15 premium channels. For additional relaxation, guests can enjoy the bonus sunroom equipped with a treadmill and a rocking chair, or step outside to the private screened lanai. This outdoor oasis includes a couples swing and a patio seating area for four, all overlooking a breath-taking preserve view. There is also an outside yard area dedicated to BBQ grilling.

Practical details include check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome (up to two dogs under 55 lbs each), with a seasonal per-pet stay fee applied at checkout. Please note that there is no fenced yard, but pups are welcome on the rear screened lanai. Free parking is provided with three designated spaces directly in front of the home. Garage space is not included. Early arrivals and late departures may be available as paid add-ons based on the cleaning schedule.
