ENTRY: A digital keypad is on the door that leads into the house from the porch next to the garage & driveway. Your code will be messaged to you through the booking platform 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a pet-friendly fenced in backyard.

PARKING: There is parking available for four (4) cars in the driveway. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is 7 and street parking is limited to curbside parking

THE DRIVE: During the summer months, there may be extra traffic coming down I-495/MA Rt. 25 to get to the exit. There may also be traffic on Onset Avenue as you approach the house.

INTERNET: There is wifi available throughout the home.

GENERAL RULES If you turn it on, please turn it off. If you move any furniture, please put it back in its original spot before checking out. Do your best to leave the home as you found it.

PETS We love pets! We understand they are as much a part of the family for many folks out there. So we do our best to make our home comfortable for friends as well. We require that pet families adhere to these rules to keep the house clean and ready for our guests who arrive after they leave:

Pet Fee $100 per Pet

Tidy Territory:

• Keep the space clean and tidy to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture or on the beds.

Please do not wash your pet in the bathroom.

Potty Protocol:

• All puppy bathroom needs must take place outside the house. All physical dog poop must be collected and disposed of by the pet's owner(s). Dog waste found inside the house after checkout is completed will result in an extra fee.
• Excessive dog waste or damage may incur an extra fee, including dog waste left behind in the yard that must be collected after checkout.

Considerate Companionship: Be mindful of noise levels.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT Early check-in/late checkout available upon request for $150 each. Both are subject to availability relative to prior or subsequent reservations. Must be confirmed in writing and paid for in advance to confirm.

Guest(s) give permission to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS - $100 per person There are no additional sleeping spaces beyond the thirteen (13) sleeping surfaces outlined in the listing: the king bed (2 people), the queen bed (2 people), the full-size bed (2 people), and the seven (7) twin beds (6 people) throughout the various rooms in the house. Any additional guests require an additional $100 per guest fee that must be requested, confirmed, and prior to arriving at the house. Sleeping arrangements and bedding for those additional guests must be provided by the guest(s) booking the house.
