Designed for comfort and group gatherings, the cabin features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a private master suite on the top floor with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, while the main level hosts two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with two full-size beds. Every room is outfitted with euro-plush hybrid mattresses and Parachute luxury linens to ensure a restful stay.

Inside, the home is defined by soaring ceilings and expansive windows that frame gorgeous mountain views. The heart of the home is a spacious kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a dedicated coffee and tea bar. 1. There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside or outside of this home. Evidence of smoking such as burns or odor, will result in a minimum charge of $1,000.
2. The cabin is located in a secluded area which is home to animals and insects such as bears, mountain lions, birds, squirrels, raccoons, ants, spiders, flies, bees, dogs (including neighbor’s dogs), etc. It is common to come across these in the wilderness and during your stay. Please do not feed wildlife, it is against the law. Please do not leave food unattended and leave no trace of garbage, trash, etc.
3. Please take shoes off as you enter the home. Shoe racks are provided at both entrances (lower level and main level).
4. If you have been approved to bring a pet or trained service animal, please carefully follow the rules below to help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests:
- Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including sofas, beds, and chairs.
- Pets may not be left unattended on the property unless they are securely crated, and guests must provide their own crate.
- You are required to pick up after your pet at all times. Any pet-related mess, such as excessive hair, odors, stains, or accidents, that requires extra cleaning will result in a minimum additional cleaning fee of $250, which may increase depending on the time and labor required by our cleaning team.
- We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.
1. Please do not use bathroom towels to wipe up spills, clean up after pets, or to remove makeup. Please use other designated towels or paper towels for these uses.
2. Do not pitch a tent or otherwise camp outside.
3. Please do not move any furniture or decor during your stay.
4. Open flames outside of the outdoor firepit and barbeque are not approved and are subject to fines of $1,000.
5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
6. The entire home is run on a septic tank. Please only flush the toilet paper provided and do not flush any other items in the toilet. If the septic is clogged during your stay, a fee may be incurred based on the findings of the plumber.
7. We have security cameras located around the exterior of the home. Parties and unaccounted for guests are prohibited. If guests are found to have had a party without the host permission which results in an extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for the extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
8. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
9. Please keep all food and drinks in the kitchen or dining areas to avoid spills and pests.
10. Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly. If existing issues with the property are not identified within the first 24 hours, the guest cannot request any refunds or compensation for these issues.
11. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets (no wipes, feminine products, etc. – septic system friendly).
12. Supervise children at all times – the cabins and forest areas have natural hazards.
13. No hunting, firearms, or fireworks are permitted on the property.
14. If the property contains a hot tub then guest agrees to follow all of the following hot tub rules:
- No glass containers in or around the hot tub.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Shower before use to help keep the water clean.
- Guests must remove all sunscreen lotions, insect repellant spray, makeup, etc. prior to hot tub use in order to keep water clean.
- Do not add soaps, oils, or bubbles to the water.
- Keep the cover on when not in use to maintain temperature and safety.
- Please limit hot tub use after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors.
- If the guest does not follow one of the above rules or if the hot tub is excessively dirty upon checkout and requires deep cleaning, then a minimum $100 extra hot tub fee will be paid by the guest.
