A maximum of one vehicle is permitted; street parking is strictly forbidden, and parking placards must be displayed to avoid a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and parties or gatherings are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and on balconies. Guests must complete a rental agreement and ID verification upon booking. Be mindful that Lake Tahoe is bear country; please keep food secure. Coin-operated laundry is available on the same floor as the condo.
