Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms with queen beds, a dedicated bunk room in the game area with two bunk beds (sleeping 4), and a convenient sleeper sofa.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please note that the home is not handicap accessible and involves stairs, including 22 steps to the front door and three flights to the dock. From November to April, the lake transitions to winter pool levels; while the dock remains in deep water, guests will need to navigate rocks to reach the gangway.

Strictly no pets are allowed. Guests are asked to leave boat trailers at the marina as there is no turnaround space on-site. Cell service can be spotty, though reliable Wi-Fi is provided. A short rental agreement and government-issued ID are required after booking for insurance and safety compliance.
