To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a smoke-free community; smoking inside or near the property will result in a $500 penalty and immediate removal without refund. Pets, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please note that the building is monitored 24 hours a day by video surveillance and noise monitors to ensure a peaceful environment. Early check-in is available at $50/hr, and late check-out is $30/hr. A $95 fee applies if the property is left in disarray.
