The booking Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement and complete our Guest verification, which will cover all guests on the reservation and provide added damage protection for the home. A refundable deposit may apply to your booking. Please review the property's complete House Rules.
Guest verification is processed by our trusted partner, Truvi. Please look for and follow the instructions sent via email or text after booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask that this residence be left in the same condition as you see it upon arrival.
- Age Requirement
• We do not host groups where all guests are 21 years of age or younger.
• If everyone in your group is 21 or younger, please do not place a reservation.
• Reservations will be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy.
- Local Bookings
• Local residents are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval.
• This is to prevent use of the home as a party house.
- Booking Guest Requirement
• Door codes are only released to the person who booked the reservation.
• No third-party bookings.
• The booking guest must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
- Guest Count
• All guests must be included in the reservation.
• Anyone entering the home at any time counts as a guest (not just overnight guests).
• Example: If 6 people visit but only 2 stay overnight, the guest count must be 6.
• Undisclosed guests may result in:
→ Immediate termination (non-refundable)
→ Requirement to vacate the property
→ $100 per guest, per night charge
→ Additional charges for damages
- No Parties or Events
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• We maintain good relationships with neighbors and monitor activity.
• Violations may result in:
→ Immediate cancellation (non-refundable)
→ Guests required to vacate
→ Charges for damages
- No Unauthorized Use
• Not for commercial use or special occasions (weddings, birthdays, photoshoots, etc.) without pre-approval.
• Requests may be considered if submitted in advance.
• Failure to notify may result in cancellation without refund.
- No Smoking / Vaping / Drugs
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Violations may result in:
→ Immediate cancellation (non-refundable)
→ Guests required to vacate
→ Charges for damages
- Pets
• Pets ARE allowed for an additional fee (typically $50 per pet per stay).
• Do NOT allow pets on beds or furniture.
• Guests must clean up pet waste.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets.
- Neighbor Considerations
• Drive carefully and respect residential speed limits.
• Do NOT park anywhere except the property’s driveway or garage.
• Do NOT block neighbors’ driveways.
• No excessive noise or loud music.
• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.
• Violations:
→ First complaint = warning
→ Second complaint = possible cancellation and removal
- Check-Out Policy
• Check-out on time to avoid a $25/hour late fee.
• This allows cleaners to prepare for the next guest.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance.
• Guests remaining after 1:00 PM without approval may be charged for an additional night.
- Maintenance & Issues
• The home will be clean and in working condition upon arrival.
• No compensation for issues outside our control (e.g., power or internet outages).
• For issues within our control:
→ We will make every effort to resolve promptly
→ Guests must notify us immediately
- Liability
• Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses during their stay.
• By booking, guests agree to use the property at their own risk.
- Wildlife & Environment
• The home is located in a suburban, nature-rich area.
• Guests may encounter insects or wildlife.
• We use regular pest control but cannot guarantee zero exposure.
• Please:
→ Keep doors closed
→ Store food properly
→ Dispose of trash responsibly
• Contact us if any issues arise.
- Fines & Damages
• Excessive cleaning (trash, bodily fluids, glitter, etc.) may result in charges up to $500.
• Excessive laundry (heavily soiled linens/towels) may incur additional fees.
• Damages will be charged at repair or replacement cost.
• Continued violations after warning may result in cancellation and removal.
