To ensure your stay is pleasant year-round, powerful A/C is provided throughout the entire space.

To ensure a smooth stay, please keep the following practical information in mind: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a fee of 700 MXN per pet per stay. While one covered parking spot is included, additional secure parking is available for 500 MXN with advance notice (please note there is no garage access). To maintain transparency, there is no cleaning fee. The base price covers up to 4 guests, with extra guest fees applying for additional visitors up to the 8-guest maximum. Please bring your own beach towels as they are not provided. Finally, be aware that there are two sets of stairs to access the condo and no elevator is available.
